Scandinavian Redwood is slow-grown in the cold northern forests of Sweden and Finland, giving a tight, even grain and a warm honey colour. It is stable, easy to work and ideal for painting, staining or varnishing. Unsorted A grade is the top joinery grade of Scandinavian Redwood, with only small, sound, tight knots.
How much skirting board do I need?

How to fit skirting board
Acclimatise the boards indoors for 48 hours. Mitre internal and external corners (or scribe internal corners for a tighter fit), then fix with grab adhesive and/or pins, nails or screws into the wall. Pre-drill hardwood to avoid splitting and check for hidden cables and pipes before fixing. Fill, sand lightly and finish.
Finishing
Supplied kiln dried, factory sanded and sealed, ready for your chosen oil, wax, stain, lacquer or paint. Redwood is ideal for painting: prime knots with a knotting solution first, then apply primer, undercoat and topcoat.
