Decking

Treated Timber Decking allows the extension of the living space into the garden and its one of the most common home extension projects. The commercial use of decking and walkways is also growing, with restaurants extending their dining areas and pubs into outside space. Timber decking has been used for centuries and is still the most popular type of deck covering.

It represents one of the best ways to create ‘a room in the garden’ whether attached to a property or freestanding and is available in hardwoods e.g. Yellow Balau; softwoods e.g. Green or Brown Treated Redwood Pine, Siberian Larch, and modified wood such as Thermowoods, which are environmentally friendly and sustainable.
Timber decking is readily available in a range of vibrant colours or with a natural finish or pre-aged weathered grey look. It can be supplied with anti-slip inserts and grooves including fire retardant treatments.
