Featheredge Timber Cladding Products

Timber Focus supplies a wide range of exterior painted featheredge products both as a commodity and also in the premium range with a minimum 10year exterior paint warranty. The most popular colours for exterior painted featheredge are Black, White and Grey. All these are also available in the SertiWOOD Range of products and in Thermowood Painted Cladding or painted Thermwoood featheredge.

The main Base raw material for Exterior painted featheredge  or cladding are either Nordic Spruce and Thermowood Redwood or Thermowood Spruce from Scandinavia.

The benefits of buying prefinished featheredge claddings include the consistency of the finish as all the treatments and coatings are applied in a controlled environment. Reduced site time and labour costs as the timber is all ready to install.

Factory Painted featheredge cladding is supplied in 3 main board sizes in slow Grown kiln dried Nordic Spruce.

  • 2Ex 32x175mm – Sawn bevelled 22x175mm 30083059 (Commodity) available in Black RAL9005, White RAL9010, Grey – Concrete Grey RAL7023, Grey RAL7016.
  • Rebated Featheredge UYL 32x175mm 30228171 (Commodity) available in Black RAL9005, White RAL9010, Grey – Concrete Grey RAL7023, Grey RAL7016.
  • Premium Rebated Featheredge UYL 50x200mm 30212000 (Premium) Black RAL9005

In thermowood profiles the most common profiles are Viking, Tongue and Groove V jointed TF1 V-siding, Bevel Siding, Finno Siding, Channel Siding mainly manufactured from  25x150mm (18x141mm)

All the featheredge boards can also be supplied by Timber Focus in bespoke colours to meet specific project requirements for larger projects above 200m2 in any of the profiles all you need to specify is the NCS or RAL Colour Code. As standard colour tones we supply frequently the following colours in a combination of opaque and translucent tones i.e Grey Beige, Signal Blue, Swedish Red, Oyster White, Anthracite Grey,  Light Grey, White Oak.
