Rights, obligations and responsibilities for the Customer :

- The Customer assumes the whole responsibility for the information provided to timberfocus.com .
- The Customer guarantees that information concerning his Company diffused on timberfocus.com, do not infringe the rights of the thirds, that they are true, exact, up to date and complete, timberfocus.com reserving the right to suspend the access to information of the provider if that were not the case.
- The Customer commits himself to informing timberfocus.com during the ordering, of inclusion in his subscription of elements to which are attached royalties or rights.
- The Customer commits himself to informing timberfocus.com, as soon as possible, of any modification of the information provided to timberfocus.com at the time of his subscription or to modify itself his information using his personal account of Boisnautes © .

Rights, obligations and responsibilities for timberfocus.com :

- the subscription in the "World Timber Bank " is strictly reserved to the providers (producing, to wholesalers, trades, to manufacturer of products and components) justifying of a principal activity directly in connection with the timber in which is formulated the request for the subscription .timberfocus.com will refuse any inscription not corresponding to this clause.
- timberfocus.com is committed to validate the subscription of the Customer within 3 working day after all preliminary information and the entirety of the payment of the order were sent by the Customer to timberfocus.com. timberfocus.com commits itself to remove any litigious content.
- timberfocus.com is committed to ensuring the continuity of the service for the length of time for which the publication of information concerning the product or service is subscribed, except maintenance interruption actions due to the failure of the telecommunications networks.
- timberfocus.com is committed to reflecting the modifications announced by the Customer within 5 working day after necessary information was sent by the Customer to timberfocus.com.

Charges for the subscription as a provider in the World Timber Bank :

385 € (without taxes)

T.V.A. (19,60 %) :

75,46 €

(including taxes)

460,46 €

Publication date	With reception of a purchase order duly signed and payment subject to a 10 working days deadline after preliminary information preliminary was transmitted by the Customer to timberfocus.com
Publication duration	One year as from the renewable date of publication by tacit agreement renewal.
Payment and invoicing	By cheque and credit card with the order of Microsit Welcom - le-bois.com, joined to the present order and addressed to: Ie-bois.com - Z.I. - Rue Vallée Piquet - 58400 La Charité sur Loire - France (invoice sent to the customer as soon as we get the payment)
